2. Description of Services
Raashie provides a digital receipt platform that enables:
- Storage and management of digital receipts
- Identity verification through ConnectID integration
- Receipt sharing and transfer capabilities
- Integration with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Family receipt sharing features
- Warranty and guarantee tracking
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Complete identity verification through ConnectID where required
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Create fraudulent or misleading receipts
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Merchant Terms
Merchants using our API and services agree to additional terms including:
- Accurate representation of transaction data
- Compliance with data protection regulations
- Payment of applicable API usage fees
- Adherence to our API usage guidelines
- Proper handling of customer receipt data
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Raashie platform are owned by Raashie Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raashie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
